How fast do I get it back?
Most orders come back in 8 to 48 hours. Anything quicker is marked as a rush service on the cards above, with its own turnaround.
Do I have to be home?
No. Leave your bags where you tell us to and we'll collect them. We text you when the driver is on the way, and again once the bags are scanned in.
How do I know what it costs?
You'll see the full cost for your order at checkout, before anything is confirmed. Wash and fold is charged by weight, so that figure is finalised once your bag is weighed at the facility.
What if my ZIP isn't covered?
Enter it in the checker at the top of this page. If we're not there yet, leave your email and we'll tell you the day we launch — we open new areas from the waitlist first.
Can I set detergent and folding preferences?
